      The instructors at Ramsey Body & Brain help you understand your training on a multiple levels (physical, emotional, etc), so the classes are not just taught by rote. The combination of strengthening exercises, deep stretching and meditation have helped me overcome physical limitations. I started training here in 2015 and I highly recommend this studio!
