      The staff at this location are very nice. They take there time to go over everything and make sure that everything is understood, not just had you chemical and say have a good day. ONCE you find the new location everything is gravy, (WISH THE WEB WOULD UP DATE THERE ADDRESS). I have always had a great experence with Rising Sun. Yes they are one of the bigger pool companys in Raleigh but I always get one on one customer service when I am in this store. I would recomend Rising Sun Pools to anyone that is looking into getting a pool or just need service.

      This is the slowest company! We started in June and it is September and the pool is still not finished and we probably won't get to swim in it this year. Part of the problem is you are the contractor and have to get everyone to do their part. I would not recommend anyone to go to Rising Sun Pools unless they start in the winter for a pool before summer is over!
