I am the person who wrote a previous review about my child getting bruised after being grabbed by a worker at the daycare. There are very few good staff members who worked there when I did. The rest of the staff is worthless and treats the children as if they are, I had to quit this daycare. My daughter got hurt because of the poor staff and I could not watch them treat the kids the way they did another day. On top of yelling at the kids, they would talk down to them, even one year olds, putting them down if they didn't like them. Talking to them with no respect at all.

I went to look at this place and I left and never will go back. The kids were being yelled at and the teachers were on their phones texting when I walked into the room. They never once said anything to me. The building was clean but if the teachers aren't watching the kids then a clean building isn't enough.

I was told several times that the cameras were there and working when I enrolled my child and I have never been able to view anything because I was told that they are down all the time. The teachers are always yelling at the kids and you can hear it when you walk in. I went to pick up my child one day and one teacher was on her cell phone while a child was on top of the table and the others were just running around. When I brought it to the directors attention she blew it off and acted like she didn't care. I was very upset because no teacher should be on their cell phone if they are being paid to watch my child and other people's kids.

The cameras never worked when Primary House owned it and since the take over we are working on the problem but the we have to rewire the system. Not one time have we told anyone that they work. I have often said I hope that they are up soon but never have I said they worked or told someone to wait to see the video of an incident. Our enrollment has almost doubled in the last 3 months and we are working hard to have a great center and if you stop by you will see that we are spending a great deal of time working on the center and expect to get our 2 stars in May.

They told me they had cameras and when I asked to look at it they told me it has been down. I have been waiting for 2 months to look at them and they are still down. I was not happy with the service that I received at this daycare.

I have had nothing but problems with this daycare. I have heard them yelling at the children and at one point a staff member was in a childs face and harshly grabbing this childs arm. I pulled my child and took them to another daycare because I don't feel that this should be going on. I tried to talk to the director and it didn't go anywhere. The behavior with the staff continues. They say they have cameras but everytime I ask to view them they tell me they are down. It has been down for months. This is a red flag to a parent that they are trying to hide something. I couldn't keep my child in a place like this.

My children have gone here for over two years now. The problems that I have had have always been resolved immediatly. The people that are on here complaining should maybe stop and tell one of the directors and things will be changed. I have seen a huge turn around since Academy of learning took over. My 3 year old loves her teachers and talks about them all weekend. I work on post and work alot their hours are so helpful and they offer military discount. The best prices around and really they have a lot of great workers who are like family to my kids.

The staff are always speaking very harsh with the kids. I have witnessed the staff hit the kids, yelling at them, and standing around letting them fight with each other. They also are always on their cell phones and not watching the kids. Not impressed with this daycare. I'm not sure why they are still opened. They should be shut down. No child deserves the treatment they get from the staff here.

The workers are always on their cell phones, yelling at the kids and never can tell you what happened to your child if they got hurt. My child screams and cries when we pull in the parking lot and never wants to go. Something is definitely wrong with this place.

They let anyone just go in and pick up your child. They didn't even know who this person was and they just let them have my child. Thank God this person was okay to get them. I was so upset. The teachers need to learn to talk to the kids a little nicer and be more understanding. If you do something with them they probably won't run around the room. Get some better workers.

This place is no better now then it was when it was just Primary House. The staff are very rude here and hateful to the kids. I couldn't believe how they talk to some of the kids that attend here. Not impressed and won't be taking my child here at all.

I can't wait to get out of this place. My child hates it here because they are always yelling at the kids. You don't have to yell at people to get them to listen. As a parent, I walked in and they had kids lined up and they were yelling at them. One time they were telling kids to hit each other. This is not only not professional but not good for the kids. I don't want my child to be a part of this type of behavior. I thought it would get better when the new owners took over but I haven't seen any changes at all. Same workers and problems are here. A drastic change needs to happen in order for this place to keep anyone.

I can't believe that this place allows someone to be so rude on the phone to people when they call in for information. First impressions are very important and I was not impressed at all. I heard yelling in the background. Someone told a child to sit down and shut up. I couldn't believe what I heard. I don't want my child to be in an atmosphere like this.

My child use to attend here and it was one problem after another with staff. They can't keep staff to stay and the one's they do like to sit around and do nothing. My child had a bad experience here and I would not take my child back.

I stopped by to have lunch with my son today and was more then happy with what the children were eating. The cook made BBQ pork chops. Real pork chops with no bones and the children loved it. Last night they had chilli for dinner and the kids all seemed to be happy with it. I am not sure where some people get their info. They made them eat cauliflower yesturday that is as bad as I have seen. LOL

My daughter has been going here for over a year and we are both happy with it. When I picked her up today she so happy to tell me about her day. The played with chalk and her teacher helped her make a necklace. I stopped by to talk to one of the directors and she helped me sign up for childcare assistance and told me just what I needed. They seem to understand everyone is having a hard time and was willing to work with me with my bill.

I was not happy that they couldn't tell me what happened to my child when he got hurt. I was very upset when they said well kids will be kids and sometimes they get hurt. This is unacceptable as a parent hearing this. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I witnessed several workers just sitting around talking to each other while the kids were running wild and hitting each other. I couldn't believe that when I said something to them they ignored me and just kept on talking. I pay good money for my kids to attend and learn not get beat up and staff just sitting around. I gave my notice and I can't wait to get them out of here so I can go some place else. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I worked at this daycare, I was not fired, I quit on my own, for simple reasons, I could not watch the other employees treat children like that, I worked there and would not put my kids there. Gotta tell ya something! Sure they have some good employees, but for the most part NO!!! I have witnessed them try to serve beans and cornbread with maggots in them, I have witnessed 2 teachers cheering on a fight between tow 3 year old boys until one boys nose started bleeding and the other child was scratched to pieces all over his face, when I go to the director NOTHING HAPPENS!! They don't care, they wrote it that boys got into fight and the teacher couldn't get over there soon enough! This was after it was The Academy of Learning! So I do not think it really matters if they take your kid on a field trip every day, maggots in the food, kids beating other kids and staff watching, then there is the staff members that snatch kids around, I think it is pathetic that they would still employ them!!!

I called to see if they had a place for my children and the person that answered the phone was rude. I don't think this is how you should run a business. I only wanted to ask a few questions about the daycare to see if I wanted to take the time to come and look at it for my children. They really didn't give me the time of day and was rushing me off the phone. Very unprofessional
