I needed repair work done on my fence last week from city snow removal. I called and was very satisified with the salesman and subsequent work done promptly to fix my fence.

I had a ornamental fence installed by AF and was completely satisfied by the sales consultant, the timely installation of my fence and the professional nature of the 2 fence installers that did the work. After the installation was complete I was called to confirm that all the work was done as contracted. Way to go......

This was the worst fence company we have ever dealt with. Late and unprofessional, not prepared to do the job when they finally did arrive. The company isn't willing to work with customers to resolve issues. Excuses for everything from how bad the fencing they installed looked to why they were late and/or didn't show up at all, that don't even make sense for someone who owns a business in this economy(even though that shouldn't matter)!Didn't return phone calls when I called with concerns.I have never seen such awful work done.
