      Dr. Alyssa Kirby saw, and could ultimately not unsee, how we, as a society, consume pills almost as thoughtlessly as we drink water. It seemed that there was never an alternative; the decision was immediately either Tylenol or Advil. But what about diet? What about lifestyle? She began asking questions— and didn’t stop. These questions are eventually what led Dr. Alyssa Kirby to discover the world of Naturopathic Medicine. Since then, health and wellness have been her driving force. She spent the last 5 years dedicated to learning fact from fiction when it comes to healthcare and the endless “wellness” information on the internet. Combining the most up-to-date natural approaches, from foods to herbs and supplements, to mind-body approaches, Dr. Alyssa Kirby’s mission is simple: to empower you on your way to health- whether you are staying healthy, or getting well. It is her belief that bodies have the ability to heal beyond what we have ever been led to believe, and it is her life’s mission to prove it.
