Made an appointment for 5PM. Day of appointment was called to see if my son could come in earlier. He could not. My son was told that the DR could not see him, thus, they canceled the appointment. Dr told my son to call and state that he missed the appointment. It was only around 3PM. My son didn't know that he was to call his gov. disability caseworker and lie. We received notice from his gov. disability caseworker that he missed the appointment. I called the caseworker and stated the problem. She insisted another appointment was made. I stated that there was nothing that could prevent them from doing the same thing again. I was ignored by the caseworker, until I stated that they obviously are prejudiced against us and I would like that on my son's file. I represent my son. SHE IS THE ONE THAT SENT ME A LETTER.
