      General Info
      White Tiger Martial Arts is based on Taekwondo but incorporates moves from other martial arts to improve self defense skills. To reduce costs classes are held in three community centers: East Portland Coomunity Center, Montavilla Community Center and Mt Scott Community Center. Classes are open for students from 4yr - Senior. The program emphasizes self control, cooperation with others and self defense moves taught in a supportive, non violent atmosphere.
