This was a really tough job, but these guys made it a whole lot easier. Dan arrived on time, coached me a bit on how to do what I had to do, and even gave me a hand till he had to go. I used a different company once before and the difference was night and day. These guys are the best-quality product and quality service.

From our first phone inquiry through the completion of the job, they were professional. We had leaks from our toilet and shower/tub that had gotten into our bathroom subfloor and caused damage in a number of places. They diagnosed the problem, performed some tricky trouble-shooting, and took care of the problem to our full satisfaction. We also took the opportunity to hire them for some aesthetic improvements to the bathroom, and he was equally capable in this area. In addition to his attention to detail, we appreciated how they took the time to clearly answer all of our questions and keep an open line of communication with us. We used them about 1 1/2 - 2 years ago for our residential garage foundation/pad and they are GREAT! I would recommend them to anyone just because of their friendly personalities and professionalism. It's not everyday you can get both from one company. Before I could recommend them to my place of employment (a Building Maint Co.) they had already used them too. I think that tells you a lot.
