      Linnton Community Center At the heart of our village is the 1926 refurbished Linnton Community Center, a thriving multiple use facility to host meetings, year-round childcare, special events, and recreation. Linnton Neighborhood Association The Linnton Neighborhood Association ( LNA ) is an important voice of our community to unify residents, businesses and the interests that impact our quality of life. 2005 Linnton Hillside Study Download the Portland Bureau of Planning's recommended Linnton plan, which provides the vision behind a revitalized Linnton and mixed-use waterfront. The 62-pg. plan was initially supported and enthusiastically endorsed by the mayor, commissioners and neighborhood until being denied in March 2006.
