I was using my camera at my daughter's basketball game and the screen died. I'm a professional photographer and I had several sessions scheduled for the upcoming week. The guys at Advanced Camera saved me from having to reschedule all those sessions. They dropped what they were doing and had my camera repaired and ready for pick up in a matter of hours. Absolutely terrible service. These guys do not acknowledge their own mistakes, and they are not honest. I will not be using their services again, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.

My traditional 35mm film SLR advance was stuck, and I couldn't afford much to repair it. One of the techs took the camera back to his desk, and a few minutes later he was back. The camera was working, and the BEST part, he didn't charge me. I will definitely be back, and recommend other folks to this store.
