Columbia Bookkeeping got our business tax records done in record time, but their ability to respond to phone calls was terrible. Their communication was awful and the only way I could get a response from them was to stop in the office or to leave multiple messages pleading for a call back. I never received an invoice from them even after repeated phone calls to send us one. I wrote the final check for $300 on 2/15/13 and they didn't cash the check until 12/30/13. Over 10 months to cash a business check is unacceptable! Plus, my phone number never changed after I moved out of the area, so they could have called me and explained that they found an old check and would it be ok to cash. I would have sent them a new check when I could afford a full $300, but now my account was almost overdrawn due to their poor paper tracking, business practices. Their fees are reasonable, but their business practices lack professionalism. I would recommend going to a more professional accountant.
