Im so in love with my tub. I asked lots of questions and they answered everything. The sales team is knowledgeable and very nice. The delivery team was fast and efficient and helped me understand everything. I give them 2 thumbs up or 5 stars. Love my new tub!!! Great company!

Im surprised to see any bad reports on this company. I had great service and they answered everything my wife asked with knowledge and patience. I'm happy to be a customer and will be going back to them for a newer model when its time.

I highly recommend Spa King to anyone. I recently bought a pool from them and I'm beyond happy with it. My kids love it and I even got a great deal on the price. The delivery went event less and smooth. All in all a very well put together company and I'm grateful for their services. They also had a ton of hot tubs in their warehouse, I was simply amazed!

Horrible experience, delivered a spa that leaked all over my patio and ruined my rug. Would not refund my money. Insisted I pay a 10% restocking fee or take another "suspect" spa from them in exchange. What happened to the their 20 point test and 48 hours water test to make sure every spa is delivered in perfect condition. So now I have to pay them to take this leaking piece of junk off my patio. I would five them a minus star if I could. Do not buy from them!
