I have been to your restaurant 8 times in the last few weeks....NEVER has my order been correct.....either something is missing or they get it completely wrong....I go through the drive=thru so guess I will have to sit there and go through my order to make sure everything is there. It doesn't take a genius to take an order and actually get it right...today I asked for ranch dressing and of course that was missing and there was no butter or honey for the biscuit....it is just NEVER right. You need to talk to your crew about checking to make sure the orders are correct. The only reason I come back is that I love the chicken and so does my family, otherwise I would never go there again. They act like they don't have a clue what the hell they are doing. GET IT TOGETHER!

Yesterday, Sunday at about 12 noon, I came in to your store to get lunch for me and wife; your order taker mumbled her words so I asked her to repeat them. I ordered a 2 piece dark meat meal and a 2piece white meat meal. Upon getting home, I got my order--without butter/utensils; my wife's meal had dark and lite meat without the utensils and butter for the roll as well. We are usually satisfied when shopping the PO store, but not this time.
