Great selection of motorhomes, and travel trailers. Customer service was great up until we signed the papers for a brand new 2018 Class C motor home. Drove it home and parked it at my residence. Noticed the 55 gallon freshwater tank leaking inside the coach. Immediately drained it to mitigate water damage. I immediately called the salesman “Jock” and left a voicemail. This was a Friday afternoon, still within business hours. Jock returned my call an hour later. I was instructed to call the service dept the following Monday. I requested immediate attention but didnt receive any. Come Monday morning, i spent 3 hours making phone calls and getting the runaround. At noon, i decided to drive to the service dept and handle the situation in person. Met with service manager who was eating barbecue chicken off a paper plate. He advised me that all his techs were on lunch, and that i would have to wait about 30 minutes. Finally, a tech names “Frank” assisted me. He located the hole in the tank, and performed a temporary plastic weld. Frank then told me that he would order me a new tank. Frank states that the tank would take approx 2 weeks to arrive. Its been 3 months. No tank. No returned phone calls. No help. I have been keeping track of the phone calls made, along with several emails. I will keep the Yelp communtyi updated on the outcome.
