NO "BAIT AND SWITCH" I found Ultimate Flooring from Angie's List as they had great reviews. They were one of the few companies that was reputable with a Store to visit. They had a large selection to chose from and the prices were great.(No Nickle & Dimeing) David furnished me with copies of his licensing & insurance and the estimate was free. They installed Quick Step Laminate flooring in all of my bedrooms( moved furniture at no charge) and a hallway. Floors look great! I will use them again for tile floors in a rental of mine next year. Dave & His Mom are great. My Anderson Wood flooring looks great! Nice to still see family owned businesses that can compete with the big boys. I was impressed from start to finish. Great price & installers were friendly & clean. They were recommended by a friend of mine In Heron Bay & I will recommend them myself.

Very pleased with this company from beginning to completion. They installed Anderson wood flooring throughout my entire home and payed attention to detail. Best price, Great installation, The workers arrived on time every day, and even worked Saturday to finish up. A pleasant change from the last company that worked in my home. A+ across the board. Extremely satisfied with the installation of our new floor. I actually found Ultimate Flooring Inc on Facebook and was enlightened from the educational posts regarding the inundation of unlicensed companies advertising in S. Fla. I scheduled my free estimate with Ultimate Flooring and was pleased with the timely manor in which the owner arrived.(10 minutes early) Courteous,professional & well educated in his field, I then visited the store to find a very large selection of name brand products. I then learned the 2 competitors estimates I had received prior were given by Unlicensed companies.Ponderous, as I found every one of the Flooring Stores either on line or from local home improvement magazines. Needless to say I moved forward with Ultimate Flooring and the out come was impeccable. From start to finish, a truly delightful experience. I highly recommend Ultimate Flooring Inc and will refer Dave & his team.

My new Floors are beautiful. Of my 4 estimates from a local home improvement magazine, Ultimate Flooring was the only company that had a license and insurance. I was shocked to see all the unlicensed companies advertising out there. Dave's staff was great, his price was the best, and the installation guys were very very professional. Very pleasantly surprised. I recommend this company.. 2 thumbs up. Harold

Dave & his installers were polite and patient with me as I am a perfectionist. The tile looks great and the lines are straight. Better than I imagined. I believe that he has 23 years experience now. I will tell everyone in my condo to use him.

Great crew. Friendly staff.Owner personally came to my home and measured for the Tile and carpet. The price was great! The installers were friendly and showed up every day on time. I will highly recommend them to all my friends. And best of all, they didn't make a mess!!!!

Ultimate flooring in licensed & insured! Ultimate flooring in licensed & insured! It is so nice to find a company who sells flooring & has a License to install it and does not use sub-contractors. I called 5 other companies and none of them were licensed to install.Besides that, the owner actually came to do the estimate(on time) His crew showed up on time every day and completed the job efficiently. My new Wood floors are beautiful. Good job guys !! :)

Ultimate Flooring Just finished installing wood floors in my home and I am very pleased with the workmanship.Ultimate Flooring was the only company that did not use sub-contractors and that gave me piece of mind. Dave gave was the lowest price of the 3 estimates, and showed up on time with his crew to commence the work.The installation crew was courteous and professional and cleaned the work area every day. They completed the installation in a timely manner and I would highly recommend them. They are currently installing some laminate floors in my neighbors house Michael, Parkland FL
