Called with motor issues told us to bring it down and would hook up to diagnose issue, made it sound like same day. Called towards evening and did not get to and would in the morning. No word on morning so called after lunch. He said it was the thermostat and would have it done towards evening. Again no word so we had to call him. He then told us it was the impeller and had ordered the part which would be there in the morning. At this point we have zero comfort level and said we will just come and get our boat. He blew up and said he would charge us as if he did the install etc. Holding our boat hostage!!! He said he would have done by 1:00 next day. Since he was going to charge us regardless we gave in. Next day 1:00 tools around no word. Gave them until 4:00 and still no word so we called with no answer. So at this point we headed to his shop to just pick up boat. Surprise, he was there and had not touched it so he and with the help of my husband installed the impeller on the spot. Then hit us with a $800 bill, part $20 on Amazon. Couldn’t provide us with a receipt but would email one to us. Again had to keep asking for it. When we finally received we overpaid by $47 and have been asking for the refund, work done on July 2021, and still waiting for refund. Stay away!!!

Called russ to fix my boat that would not start. He worked on it for 2 hrs and charged me $615! This guy will rob you and charge you double on labor. Very unprofessional! Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This guy is not to be trusted!

Russ seemed knowledgeable, and did a good job. I thought it cost more than I was expecting, but I don't know much about boat repair cost. The main thing is, he is anything but prompt. He seemed very busy, but the time he told us it would.be done was postponed many times.

Russ repaired our pontoon boat motor his knowledge and service is excellent he had us back on the water quickly and it runs like a top. Thanks Russ keep up the good service !
