The Bowen Center is a private nonprofit community mental health center. The center is accredited by The Joint Commission and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Founded in 1961, it offers mental health services for the citizens of Huntington, Kosciusko, Marshall, Wabash and Whitley counties in Indiana. The Bowen Center works with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric social workers and secretaries. The center provides a variety of programs related to parenting skills development, anger management and abuse recovery. It also offers a range of early intervention, community support, residential and outpatient services. The Bowen Center maintains a location in Plymouth, Ind.
