      At County Line Mini Barns, our commitment to you is that the material and craftsmanship that goes into each of our buildings will ensure that it will last for a lifetime. We have been building barns since 1997 and not just mini barns. We have built every kind of barn from old fashion barn raise’n to ultra-modern steel buildings. In our Mini Barns, we capture the detailed old fashion craftsmanship of our youth and merge it with today’s cutting edge technology. We start with solid, pressure treated 4x6 skids, giving you a long lasting rugged base. Next, we use pressure treated floor joists and band. Over that, we lay a heavy duty 3/4” water resistant sub floor. After that, we stand up 2x4 walls with solid top plates, door and window framing. On the very top we install pre-engineered, monolithic trusses, which will fasten the whole thing together. Our siding, roofing and trim are 29 gauge galvalume coated steel that carries an industry leading 40 year warranty.       We have 3 different models: Classic Dutch, Gable and High Dutch. The sizes of our barns range from 8x10 to 14x40. All of our barns come standard with our custom built mini barn door on one end. There are 2 panels of polycarbonate skylights on the roof to light up the interior. When we deliver your barn, we put blocks under it and level it. When we leave, your barn is ready to use. Delivery is included in the price (within the first 30 miles).
