Formed in 1975, Diablo Valley Foundation for the Aging is a provider of a variety of senior citizen services. Based in Walnut Creek, Calif., the firm takes care of people at risk because of loneliness, isolation and financial problems. The company provides a host of geriatric care management services, such as face-to-face consultation, coordination and implementation of social services, monitoring and supervision of personal assistants and more. Diablo Valley Foundation for the Aging also offers personal assistants for transportation, meal preparation, personal care/hygiene, light housekeeping, to name a few.
