I have been taking my kids to Dr.Wise since they were born. He is fun, friendly, and truely enjoys working with kids. His easy going personality always puts me and my children at ease. (even when they need the dreaded shots!) My kindergartener was very nervous about getting his shots for school, but at lone peak peds they use combination vaccines so he didn't have to get as many "pokes", they also had 2 nurses come in to give the shots so they could do them at the same time and do it fast! They made it quick, almost painless, and at the end he got a special "Kinder Prize Bag" with all kinds of goodies that made him feel special and excited to go to school. The ladies that work at the front desk are so friendly and know both me and my children by name. The overall feeling of the office is warm, caring, and welcoming. Because it is a smaller office, it feels more like a family. When my husband lost his job and money was tight, the billing manager took the time to listen to me and worked with me to make payment arrangments that we could afford.
