      Every Studio 6 Fitness workout uses the Lagree Fitness Method™ and the patented Megaformer™ machine. Expect 50 minutes of calorie burning, muscle quivering, total body conditioning. Elements of Pilates, Barre and Yoga are cranked up with serious cardio intensity but without joint or spine stress.
