Quick and Painless. I brought in my vehicle for brakes. Since it was going to be a while, they gave me a ride back home. WHen my vehicle was done, they came back and picked me up. Linda is always so helpful and explains exactly what I need. I love it here!

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! Had my car towed there cause my coolant all leaked out. They said it was the water pump. Not knowing how easy it was to do, I told them to go ahead. When I returned home and searched the internet and found out how easy it is to do and should take no longer than a hour to do, which is a more than generous amount of time. Part was $35.42 and 2 gallons of coolant was $18.00. Here comes the BOOM! $232.27 FOR LABOR!!! After looking on youtube I could have done the job myself in 30 minutes tops. These guys are complete crooks!!!

for the past month or so, i've been hearing a strange noise from the engine and noticed the suv was not handling the same. i brought the vehicle to the dealer and after a hefty bill, the problem was still not solved. a co-worker reccommended 59 Auto and i decided to give them a shot. i drove in without an appointment, and they took my vehicle in. they were friendly, polite, and accomodating to my schedule( i work unusal hours). not only did they solve my problem, but they were kind enough to explain it to me in laments terms. and the bill was Very reasonable as opposed to the dealer who took my money and did not solve my problem. i would highly reccommend this auto repair shop to everyone!!! The staff was knowledgeable, polite and accomodating. Never again will i use a dealer repair.

I was charged over $800.00 for rear brakes on a Chevy Astro Van. Included in these charges were three brake rotors for two wheels. They tried to charge me for parts that they did not use and over charged me for everything. I am disabled and asked them to please help me to get out of the shop quickly. I showed up at 7:30 and did not get my "estimate" till 9:30. I had to wait for the girls to stop gossiping and taking a 30 minute coffee break to McDonalds across the street. After two more agonizing hours I finally got the ENORMOS bill. Do not get taken like me. Save yourself the money and grief. Please listen to me. I do not know how anyone can say anything good about this place. Please do not use them!!!

I live in Carrilon Lakes, a 55 and older community and today we had a business expo. Rich and Wendy from 59 Auto were there. I have been a long time loyal customer and have a have only great things to say about them. As I was talking to them person after person came to the table (by the way they had the best treats) and said that they were customers and loved them and the great work that they do. I have lived here for many years and always here from my friends how great they are and how everyone should go there. I just wanted to say thanks for always being honest with us and taking such good care of our cars. it is nice to be able to go somewhere and feel so comfortable getting your car repaired.

I have had many unpleasant experiences with this shop; from improper diagnosis to the improper parts installation. I read all the reviews and thought I was going to a reputable and trustworthy shop. Boy was I mistaken. And please don’t be fooled by their “BBB Accreditation”. I filed two complaints with the BBB against this shop to no avail. The BBB is a business advocate, not a consumer advocate. The BBB proved themselves to be inconsequential in settling complaints.



This shop is deceitful, they have poor mechanics, they sell poor quality parts, they do not honor their warranty and the consumer (you and me) are left alone to deal with it.



If you choose to use this shop, be cautious and good luck.

I was always a costumer when I lived in Plainfield, even now, after movingm, I drive over half an hour to come here. They are very honest, always call before doing any work and give fair estimates that they stick to....a very honest car shop!

was recomended to 59 auto repair from a few friends, when i went there the people were very friendly and even gave me a ride home, they found the problem that 2 other shops could not find and had my car back the same day i dropped it off. Wendy went over every thing and explained what was wrong with my car and the bill was even a little less than i was Quoted. i will be recomending 59 auto to all my friends.

Excelent shop. got a Quote from another local shop. they recomended a lot of work that did not need to be done. the people at 59 auto took the time to show me everything that needed to be done and the things that didn't. good prices on the work that was done and the car was done the same day.

Will be telling all my friends about 59 auto.
