      Cedar Grove Cheese makes traditional and specialty cheese, without artificial growth hormones, animal enzymes, and genetically modified ingredients. It offers organic cheese, made from Grade-A certified, organic whole milk, and turned by hand. It offers various varieties of organic cheese, including white cheddar, Monterey Jack, jalapeno pepper Jack, farmers cheese, tomato and basil farmers cheese, reduced fat, and butterkaese cheese. It also offers various flavored organic varieties, including garlic and dill, onion and chives, tomato, basil and garlic white cheddar, and a variety of Colby cheese. The company uses nongenetically modified organisms, and also offers dries organic whey powder. Cedar Grove Cheese is located in Plain, Wis.
