I have lived here for about a year now, and let me tell you I wish I did more reasearch before moving in. When I first got here I had problems with my sink. i was told the garbage disposil hasnt been switched out since the place was built, with was over 20 years, on top of that it took them about 2 weeks to fix the problem, after that I found cockroaches, I dont mean 1 or 2 I am talking hundreds in a matter of days, I kept getting pushed off by the manager and told next week next week it will get fixed, finnally after 6 months they had a guy come in and only do the kitchen and bathroom. and in order for him to do it I had to pack up my entire kitchen and bathroom. What about the rest of the house? well they didnt care and about 4 hours after the extermanator was gone, the bugs were back. not only that but everyone pays a different amount of rent, some pay 750...for 2 bedrooms some pay 900 for 2 bedrooms, it depends if the manager likes you or is in a good mood.
