I put a friends stay on my debit card because apparently it was impossible to have them check in late and pay later. Not a huge problem. The problem was after they checked in around 9:00 they immediately left the room they had was absolutely DISGUSTING. They went to another hotel near by which had about the same rate but the room was at least clean. the next day the hotel said they would refund the card back. but now it is four days later and the money is not on my card. I have tried calling multiple times and so has my friend. Horrible customer service.

My room was actually great. I was told the whole hotel was smoking, however, they would make sure they got me a room that wasn't smelling of smoke and they did that. My fridge stopped working and they replaced it and the GM listened to any concerns I had. The people next to me were a bit noisy and she didn't hesitate to go directly to the people and anonymously tell them of my complaint. I stayed for 3 weeks while my apartment was undergoing construction and if I'm ever in a situation where I need a place again I will DEFINITELY go there again!

We paid about $100.00 extra, but we got the suite for $300.00-- and that's for seven FULL days! You won't find that anywhere else in Pitt, believe me I've tried. Nice room. Clean. Full kitchen. Overall a good deal. Close to Ross Prk Mall and only about 4 miles from Heinz Field... GO STEELERS! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
