A chain is only as strong as its weakest link so as a corporate based LLP Dental Services Corporations I must rate this one negatively

This is a Corporate Sweat shop with six offices at last count that I suppose is trying to maximize profits at the expense of the clients. Office administration did not get the proper insurance authorizations and had did it wrongly numerous times before they could proceed.

Staff was threatening belligerent arrogant and defensive because they were incompetent they tried charging me for procedures that was covered by insurance coverage but for which they failed to file the proper requests then cut me off without a dentist in retaliation to which I say good riddance as office furniture and parking is not what makes a good dental office in their bad workmenship.

Dentist at this place are really good, or I must the one treated me was good. I believe his name is ALVARO R LAZO. Everything is good about this place but the reason I am giving them two stars are for their service.

When I say service, I mean customer support and claim service. Every time I call their facility my call goes to VM and rarely they reply will call you back.

If you are using insurance, and they are not sending it electronically then you are going have lots of trouble. They are very slow in responding to additional information requested by insurance company. When insurance company doesn't receive the required document it rejects the claim, which Dent-Al-simle send it to patient.

It has been real hassle for me, as my insurance company told me they will pay the claim provided provider sends x-ray as requested and till now they haven't sent those.



Dentist are good, but customer service is bad. Try at your own risk as I am not going there again.
