I am a wedding planner and the owner of Forever Yes, Wedding Consulting. I was very thankful to the managers, Kim and Jessica, and our consultant, Tara, for saving us from a dress disaster that occurred the evening before our event! We had a wedding dress emergency leaving us with NO DRESS less than 18hrs before the event and this team pulled through for us with only an hour before the store was closing. The manager and consultant kept smiles on their faces and were calm the entire time (even though the bride-to-be and myself were truly feeling the pressure and anxiety from the overall situation). They did not rush us to find just any dress - the consultant took the time to really hear what style was desired and was able to pull about 5 or 6 to try on when we found "the one." I look forward to continuing to work with the team from David's Bridal in Robinson Twp and returning again to show them the gorgeous photos of the bride in her dress!

I did all my wedding gowns, accessory, and shoe purchases at David's Bridal. Our original appointment back in January to purchase my wedding gown took forever to get started, but once it did the consultant listened to what I wanted and was very friendly. We ended up purchasing my dream dress that day. We went back in March with all 6 of my bridesmaids and we found the perfect dress within 30 minutes. I got my alterations there (after losing 25 pounds). They aloud me to exchange my dress for a smaller size before alterations to help save money, however they still had to alter it at least one more size down and ended up costing a fortune. However, my dress has a ton of detail and after seeing their finished work I couldn't be happier. My jewelry I bought there ended up breaking when I put it on for my fitting and they replaced it right then and there with no receipt and no questions asked. They made sure they did everything exactly the way I wanted. I would definitely recommend them.

This store absouletly blows! Their staff are mostly rude. Don't ever get anything else besides your dress there. We have been waiting for the photography people to contact us for months now and everytime we call, we get the run around. When you say your canceling then they say you wont get your money back. With my dress they ordered a size 10 b/c they wanted money for fitting when I needed a 4. After so much fight I got the correct size. Then the one lady ruined my shoes. Overall bad experience!

Davids Bridal helped me to find the dress of my dreams. Its a bridal shop, they were patient and helpful especially the associates. I enjoyed the experience for myself. Also, I was there to pick out bridesmaids dresses for other weddings and I had no problem. I would recommend the store. I would say that they are nice and they take the time to make sure that they work with everyone but also make sure that the bride is the first person that they please. :)

I have heard horror stories about David's, so I didn't go into the store expecting to find the dress I would wear. The staff member (an assistant manager) we worked with was very helpful and patient. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and she took the time to show me a variety of dresses. She happened to pull a dress that turned out to be the dress I fell in love with! My bridesmaids also found the dress they wanted to wear- but be warned- when one girl's dress came in, it was actually a little small!! So keep in mind that the dresses get stretched out over time when you try them on! I would recommend this store, especially if you're looking for a place where you can try on a dress in your size.
