I agree with the first review on here, I wish there could be a 0 rating because this business would get a 0 from me. Our school had an event just recently and Balloonatics totally dropped the ball. The delivery driver brought the order but when they put it up it looked horrible and he said he would come back with new balloons and just never showed up. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. Will never do business with again.

I wish I could give a business a 0. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for balloons for a graduation party. The balance was paid two weeks prior to the party as I was told was required by Tracy (the owner). The balloons were nice-delivered on time to the venue. My problems began when I noticed that I was charged a duplicate amount two additional times two weeks after the party. After calling Tracy (the owner) numerous times--I was told indeed that this was an error and I would be issued a refund. The refund was never issued. I have called numerous times over the last month--with no answer/response. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR REPEATEDLY DOUBLE CHARGING CLIENTS. STAY AWAY!

Just worked with Tracie and crew on my daughters Bat Mitzvah! She had the best ideas from how to stretch the budget and the most creative look. My daughter was sooo happy and they were the best at accomodating our specific needs and making the event most memorable. If you are planning a mitzvah, these are the people to contact! Thank you Tracie and crew, you are the best, see you next year for my son's Bar Mitzvah

I worked with Balloonatics! for my daughters graduation party this summer 2011. The designs were unique and the customer service was awesome! Everyone at the party was asking where I got the balloons. Pricing was fair and even the delivery guy was extremely helpful. I will definitely do business with Balloonatics again.

Hired them to decorate my dad's 75th birthday party. They had great ideas and were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

First time order, phenomenal service. Second time, no show, no call even with e-mail confirmation. Second string employees handling the calls for that week-end while owner was at event hung up on me three times as I was trying to offer to pick up balloons. If you decide to deal with this company, please confirm and re-confirm. I understand that there are communication snafus but leave someone handling the phones with at least some people skills.
