I am rating on food only, this is not a place for customer service so I do not recommend staying and eating, but definitely go with their take out option! I have tried four other Thai food places that people have recommended and I have to say, Thai Basil has the best tasting dishes. I recommend the Sweet and Sour chicken or Pineapple Fried Rice. I have tried Pineapple Fried Rice from the other four locations and none of them even come close to being as tasty as Thai Basils!

Don't waste your time or money. Absolutely abysmal. I sent back my Pad Thai, and though there were many reasons, the one I gave was that the shrimp were way over-cooked, and the lady told me they over-cook them for Americans...I kid you not. The whole place just feels dirty.

Above average thai, courteous service, slight "communication" struggles with the waitress. The pad thai was really excellent BUT it's beyond HOT...next time I will ask for the 1 spicy versus the 2 for medium..I will go back. Good food, reasonably priced, quick service.

WE HAD ORGANIZED A PRIVATE PARTY OUT THERE ON 11/22/081) THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD NOT LET ANYONE IN AFTER 9.30PM & THE RESTAURANT WOULD BE ALL OURS AFTER THAT....INSTEAD THE LAST PEOPLE THAT THEY TOOK IN WERE @ 10.15PM. 2) SECONDLY, WE ARE COMPLETELY VEGETARIANS, BUT THEY PLACED SAUCES WITH FISH OIL ON THE TABLE.3) WE HAD BOOKED THE PLACE FOR ABOUT 25 PEOPLE APPROX & DECIDED THAT WE WOULD DO HEAD COUNT WHEN WE ARRIVE & CHARGE ACCORDINGLY, BUT WHEN THE GUESTS ARRIVED EXCEPT 5 OF THEM, THEY COME TO US & SAY THAT THEY WOULD CHARGE US FOR MINIMUM 25 PEOPLE AS WE REQUESTED.....AS IF WE WERE GOING TO ARGUE IN FRONT OF OUR GUESTS & MAKE A SCENE......SO FINALLY WE ENDED UP PAYING FOR ALL 25 GUESTS, EVEN THOUGH ONLY 20 OF THEM CAME.4) THIRD, THE FOOD WAS DECIDED FOR 2 APPETIZERS & 5 MAIN COURSES....THEY WOULD GIVE ONLY 1 DISH BETWEEN EVERY 10 PEOPLE, SO THAT PEOPLE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE SECOND ORDER & JUST EAT WHAT IS THERE ON THE TABLE, WHILE IT WAS TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE ENOUGH FO
