Just to let anyone know the staff and prices at Paul Taylor are excellent. I am in there several times a year and have always been very happy when I leave.

When the weather is bad my wife and her riding friends go to Paul Taylor for tack to hang out and shop. Paul Taylor is an hour ++ away from where we live. So they are shopping and talking..generally having a good time on a rare cold Texas day. The three of them are checking out tack and my wife pulls up a pic of a halter on her phone that my daughter made out of para-chord. The new owner I guess overhears this and looses it. Accuses my wife of trying to steal his business. Dude is tripping. My 13 year old made a halter out of para-chord from a video she saw on YouTube. Believe me...she poses no threat to your business. So the owner/manager makes a spectacle out of the whole thing. Embarrasses my wife and her friends that had a cart full of stuff they were going to purchase. $300-$400 worth of items. They just left the cart there and left.

Never again Paul Taylor will we spend one penny in your store. We spend $1500-$2000 a year on supplies at your business per our tax records. Small change compared to what some people spend there....but neither will any of her friends that were present...neither will any of the dozen friends or so on Facebook as she has already relayed her experience there.

I honestly guess I should thank you...you will save us gas money to drive across Collin county through horrible traffic to spend our hard earned money just to piss you off. We will still spend the money....but not at Paul Taylor. Which is a shame because the real Paul Taylor was such a nice guy. Maybe you should just stick to online/wholesale because your people skills suck.

They have so many things. You could shop all day! And the prices can't be beat !
