I'm handicap and the owner sends me letter because their tree is ruining my trailer youbtell them they say it's a weed if card are parked near your home t b ey send u letters saying u have to many cars

they may rent cheap but cheap is what you get. they will only run the heat at your rental from october to april but it's not in the lease. they don't maintain anything they don't have to. when you do have problems, they fight you on resolving issues and if they fix it they go cheap. they wait to get the lawn cut until it's up to your knees and the mexican crew that comes doesn't care about any of your cars or belongings that are in their way.



their office smells and has cats running around on everything. the women there don't care about anything and ignore when you go to pay your rent. when they fix things, they don't clean up their mess. they make your property public use for everyone and change rules on the fly. they keep interpreting the lease any way they feel it will help them. they rent cheap but the bottom line is you get what you pay for. i recommend to stay as far away as you can to avoid headaches.



that's what you get when a millionaire runs things as a slum lord.
