I highly recommend this salon. I have been here twice, once with Tom and once with Anne. Both gave me a superb cut which can be difficult with my curly fine hair. The salon is very clean and everyone is friendly.

Over the years, I've had difficulty getting haircuts and styles I like for my fine, thin hair. Christy Shay did a great job; I loved my haircut. I'll be going back.

THE WORST HAIR CUT EVER! I asked to have my hair cut cleaned up a little w/o cutting too much from the length since I'm trying to grow my hair out and she messed up my hair BIG TIME; my bangs were so piecey that it looked like I had bald spots. Listen, we're all human--sometimes we make mistakes; instead of having the integrity to say "I messed up and this is the way we can fix it" the hairdresser and the manager turned it around and tried to make me feel like I was imagining it or over reacting... the exact words of the manager was "some people get really crazy about their hair." COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! I had to pay a lot of money to get it fixed by my usual hairdresser (it was unsalvageable -- I had to get it a lot shorter and w/ heavy bangs...so much for trying to grow my hair out!!!) When I walked into my usual salon, the customers and other stylists were staring and commenting on how bare my bangs looked! LACKED PROFICIENCY, INTEGRITY & SERVICE!
