Provided by YP.comI don't know what these previous posters are complaining about. Alex came out 2 days after Lowe's warranty center called them. Said the Ice Maker would take about 2 weeks to get installed. 10 days later Donna called and Alex ws out 2 days later, installed my ice maker. He was very courteous and professional. The last service company I had to use couldn't come out for 2 weeks and it took over another 2 weeks to get repaired.

Service tech isn’t qualified to work on anything. He didn’took at the fridge, he just ordered a bunch of parts & said this should cover it. Well it didn’t fix it. Claimed it was previously worked on. It was brand new!!
They’re rude, so is the owner!
The only good review I saw was from an employee of theirs. I know because her name was on the email she sent me.
Horrible company. They don’t care. I filed a complaint regarding them.
(The new tech that fixed my fridge in no time was from the manufacturer. They’re getting the 5 stars.)

Provided by YP.comI have a Samsung washer,purchased from Lowes that is still under warranty. 8 months after purchase the pump went out. Called Lowes and they set me up with Authorized Appliance Repair; all sounded good and thought this is gonna be easy peasy. Same as the comments before (we must have had the same repair man b/c he said the same thing to me about not carrying parts) the repairman spent 5 minutes on the machine to diagnoise and said he'd have to call in the parts but it would probably be the end of next week before he would be back. 2 weeks later and after calling them and Lowes and getting the ever so friendly receptionist (note of sarcasm) they say the parts are in and will schedule an appt to come back out; it's now going on 3 weeks. So the repairman comes, installs the part after having to make numerous calls to see how to do it, does a quick check of the controls and leaves. When I go to do my first load of wash after 3 weeks, it doesn't work. Lights go on, but nobody's home. So I call Lowes to complain - again - and they call the repair people and the best they can do is come back out in......you guessed it - a week. Called the appliance repair place myself and told them what horrible customer service they offered and they needed to get someone out immediately. She basically said they couldn't and maybe I should call Samsung myself. How's that for good, quality servic

Provided by YP.comDon't use these people. Lady answering the phone was nothing but rude & short. All she is interested in is getting your credit card and getting you off the phone. They charged me $94 to come out and all the guy did was change 2 wire nuts on the back of a dishwasher. Was there maybe 15 minutes tops. When I called the lady back to question the overcharge she was just as rude the 2nd time and claimed it was all in labor charges. What a joke...that's the last time I use them.
