I have never experienced a more unprofessional business, and I will be sure to scratch this place off of my "go-to" list. I have been here several times before to get my hair braided, but ever since a new person has taken over the shop, it's been horrible. Just recently, I had an appt. set that they forgot about (talking lights out and doors locked when I got there). I then gave the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled, only to have them forget again, and this was the next day! I will never spend my money in places that don't want it. Stay Away from Penda African Hair Braiding!

I went here to get micros in my hair and within 2 weeks I had two braid that came out in the middle of my hair that left bald spots. I called to see if they would give me some of my money back and it was a argument that never got resolved. I'm not happy with this at all. Do not go here.....
