Barrco had a hard to find tub faucet stem that three other closer places didn't stock. Phil was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to test fit the new parts to the old and gave me good advice for later cutting one part onsite. I'd definitely go there again -probably making it my first stop even though other places are closer.

They don't take certain items back when you purchase them, electrical parts. They didn't tell me that I could return electrical parts until I was returning them. Now I am stuck with a new gas valve because the customer changed there mind.

If it is a hard to find item, they will probably have it. Have been there twice and both times I went to a local supply house and to Home Depot first and was told to go to Barrco for the item I needed. The staff was very helpful, but they do get overwhelmed at times. One minute it's empty, the next there are 7 or 8 people in this tiny place. If your local supply house doesn't have it, give them a try.

Customer service is lacking at this establishment. You are treated like an animal by the sales staff. When ask a question, you are yelled at as if you are an idiot. The reason you are yelled at is because the staff is not knowledgable in aspects of the plumbing industry. Also smoking is not allowed in the building and the staff smokes in the building.
