I have an HO-3 policy and after a downpour, I called my insurance adjuster to see if some roof and ceiling damage would be covered. He said it was on a case-by-case basis and that he would need to come out. I figured I'd be in a much better position if I had someone who knew the ins and outs of insurance policy that represented me, not them. I ended up giving AAA public adjusters a call -- they promptly took care of me and I was virtually out of the picture except for showing the loss to the AAA adjuster. I would recommend AAA public adjusters to anyone who wants great results!!
