While 52nd Street Pharmacy might be relatively new to West Philadelphia, our manager and head pharmacist, Dr. Lekan Abifarin has been practicing medicine for more than 12 years. When he opened his own corner shop, Dr. Abifarin set out to be much more than just your average pharmacy he wanted to be of service to the community and citizenry at large. At most large retail pharmacies, patients are just another number. The pharmacists are only concerned with filling prescriptions as fast as they can so that they can send you on your way and move on to the next person in line.
