Mr.Norman Mcgill is responsible for letting my claim expire. I wasn't even aware that there was a time limit. He specifically told me this case could take up to 2 years. He never returned my calls. So me and my husband went to his office he wasn't in. The receptionist said somethings not right and have him call. He never called. But I got a letter telling me my case was closed because time had expired. I trusted this man. I tried to get appointment to come in and discuss this and the receptionist would not give me an appointment she said she would talk to him. Im still waiting.. Mr. mcgill dropped the ball on my case. I've been fighting Ssi going on 3 years now. I have a bad heart and lungs on 16 medicines and oxygen full time. Why won't he take responsiblty for letting my case fall in the cracks. He knows this is true. If he was a decent and honest man he would stand up for me regarding an appeal and letting SSI know he and his office was responsible for letting my time expire.

He really don't know what he is doing, and he seem's not to fight for you at all. I hired him for my son back in 2014 wish I wouldn't have ,bc if you want him to get a hold of you , he act's like it's a burden on him.. Or if you need something done from him good luck. My advice I wouldn't hire him for nothin ,move on to the next attorney. Like I wish I had done.
