Shady company service manager is a rude dick

Wow, what a great experience! I came to Sherman's because I was so tired of Sear's and there horrible customer service and high priced warranties. Worked with Chad and he not only helped us pick out appliances to suit our needs but also treated us like we were important. Warranties are ridiculously reasonable and he will be there for us later to. Thanks Sherman's for putting the customer back in service and you need to let Chad know that he is fabulous at what he does!

Last year I purchased a stacking washer/dryer combo and have been very satisfied with it. Within the last two months I have purchased a new stove and refrigerator. Since the stove was in stock it was delivered the next week. I am however still waiting on delivery of the refrigerator. When it was ordered I was told it would be three weeks. The day before it was to be delivered I got a call saying it was on backorder and it would be another two weeks. High demand and low supply is NOT Sherman's fault, I was just disappointed. Another service they do offer, which I am thrilled about, is hauling away old appliances (other than the ones they are replacing) for a nominal fee. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at Sherman's. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends. (My nieces just purchased a washer and dryer from them.)

I am currently having a problem with a Hitachi LCD TV purchased less than three months ago. Its been repaired once already and it's broke again. The last time it was down it took over 19 days to get repaired and it's been 14 days now still waiting for repair. I expressed my displeasure with the Hitachi LCD and request another TV other than Hitachi of equal or greater value. I paid over $3300 for this TV and have not had any enjoyment out of this investment. Sherman's repair service provider, Advanced Electronics out of Normal, Ill, customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No one ever answers the phone and the voice mail box is always full so you can't leave a message. I was finally able to leave a message three days ago and they still have not contacted me yet. WARNING: STAY CLEAR OF SHERMANS AND ADVANCED ELECTRONICS!!!!!!!!
