This company is the biggest joke in Florida. The first day they came to look at the unit we were told they would be here between 9-10am. In their behalf they at least made it that allbeit more than 5 hours late. They found the problem with our AC unit and said they would contact our warranty the next day and would call us the next day. After making 2 phone calls to them and 6 days later we got a call. They indicated they could not get in touch with our warranty company but, would be out between 2:30 and 3:00 to repair the unit. Funny I tried the warranty company and got through on the first try. Now here it is after 4:00 and they still have not showed up. there is another mobile company here in Pensacola and I would recommend that people try them and stay away from this place.
