Coming from a painters background, since 1976 I began refinishing and restoring antique furniture. From the beginning my training was to incorporate and customize materials to bring out the best of the project I was working on. My disciplined training beginning from scratch, knowing whether to use a chemically stripper and how deep to sand to achieve optimal results along with years of experimenting with color, texture and finishing materials to achieve the look we want with the wear resistance and long lasting protection we are also looking for.

Also the importance of a blended repair when damage is specific to an area and not throughout. I began to experiment and customizing my materials. Choosing the right products will improve results. Creative and appropriate selections of refinishing and restoration methods and techniques. I custom mix pigmented wiping stains, sealers and finishes. Whether you envision an old world traditional loook or a contemporary look, I have the expert skills to bring your project to life.
