I saw the success my cousin's had on this plan and decided to try it. This is the best weight loss program I have ever been on. They call it a "dietary cleanse". Don't be afraid to go to a free orientation - they don't pressure you at all. The program uses a combination of acupressure and there is nothing to buy from them - cost about $100 every 10 to12 daysI didn't think would work but I have lost almost 40 pounds in 60 days and I feel GREAT! They will tell you it is not for everyone, but I have tried every diet from Weight Watchers, to the Food Lover's Diet, Jenny, you name itI was ready to try stomach staples or a lap band. The first 10 days was the toughest and sort of boring but after that it is easy. The food I eat even tastes better. The staff is VERY supportive and helpful. I've lost almost 35 pounds in two months but better than thatfor the first time in 40 years I am confident I will loose 100 pounds and be able to control my weight for the rest of my life. Love it
