Boston Brain Works gave me the...

Boston Brain Works gave me the ability to start fighting back against anxiety and depression.

I'm a 25 year old accountant who went through a terribly stressful time in my life in the transition between graduating from college and going into the working world. Dealing with a break-up, financial problems, and attempting to obtain licensure in my field put me over the edge. I started to feel worthless which spiralled into a deep depression coupled with the anxiety of never being able to get out of it. I lost interest in everything and was afraid to get out of bed not knowing what awful things might come.

Originally my parents took me to an armada of doctors who put me on dozens of different drugs such as anti depressants, anti psychotics, mood stabilizers and anti anxiety medication. After fighting and making little progress for a year, with a slew of terrible side effects, I knew this was not the answer. I feared there was no hope and I would be stuck like this forever. Then, miraculously my mother called me and said me she wanted me to try Boston Brain Works.

I was very sceptical, but I had exhausted most of my options. During the first week my anxiety was sky high while going through the Boston Brain Works program, and I doubted I was making any progress. However, about two weeks after the first ten session, (two times a day for a week), I started to see some glimmers of hope. A few of the things I once enjoyed started to come back. I finally smiled for the first time in a year. I attended 18 more sessions over a two month span and without fail, every two weeks after a weeklong session things started to piece themselves together again. I started to feel like the person I was before the depression.

Boston Brain Works doesn't magically solve anxiety or depression, but it gets you to a place where you can fight back. And unlike medication, it has no side effects. It has been a month since my last session and I am doing well at work, starting to date again, and getting back to my hobbies such as working out and racing cars in auto crosses.

You owe it to yourself and to those who care about you to give Boston Brain Works a try.
