They were great, honest and knowledgeable and had great turn around time. I will go back in the future for computer repair issues. You will be happy you found this place. I had my laptop screen replaced here and my sister had them fix her desktop computer. Both of us have been very happy and pleased with their service. I would recommend parking in the fractured prune donut shop. After you drop off your computer stop in there and get a fresh hot donut too! They are fabulous! :)

great place, took wifes PC in at 3pm had it back by 6pm same day(they worked after closing to finish it). burned up vid card and a capacitor on MB, great deal on new parts and felt very good about the total experiance. will go back for all PC repairs, so unlike the "big" tech places...<cough> BestBuy<cough>. if you go elsewhere its your own fault.

The best computer repair service in baltimore! We recently took our pc into this this shop to have it cleaned and all the viruses removed and they did a fantastic job. The computer has been running better then ever. Very very nice place, very fast too!

We're a Recording Studio, based out of Brooklyn, MD. ALL of our clients' sessions were on one hard drive (not the best thing to do, we now know!). It totally crapped out on us on Thursday. We were freaking out and thought for sure we'd have to cancel a week's worth of sessions and didn't know whether we would even be able to retrieve our $2000+ worth of sessions! I called around on Friday to some local places and most take at least a week just to do a diagnostic test. A Typical place charged $150/hour, starting with the diagnostic test. We just don't have that kind of money nor the time. I read all of the WONDERFUL reviews on Google about ReStore Computer Repair and I called Sam. He said I could bring in the drive that night. We drove to his place and he started working on it, right there. He was very quick and knew exactly what to do. We were sooo relieved to see that he was able to access the data. We went and grabbed some dinner while the files transferred over to our new drive. We picked up the drive that evening! It was AMAZING and the best part - we paid $75. We're back in business by the next day! Just like a reliable mechanic is to a car... Sam is THE Computer Guy!

After my computer crashed and had a bios message on boot, I called the motherboard company and did not realize when following their instructions I accidentally pulled the power plug out of the hard drive. When booting up, the bios did not recognize the drive and I thought it died. Tried everything. Seagate said they would replace the drive, but it would cost $1200 to retrieve the data. I called Sam and he told me it sounded like the power cable was out (no one else even suggested that). The computer is now working again and Sam didn't even want any $$ for the phone consult. I know that for any future problems, he will be the one I call and all my friends will know about him too!
