Expect long wait time, and make sure you review all parts of the bills. Trust me from what i have experience they say they would be done by a time but always seem to run late, by 30 minutes or more... I dropped off my car for some repairs and they started around 12:30 and did not finish until 8:30 PM that is an 1 hour and 30 minutes after they were supposed to be closed. I have to say this is the worse experience I ever had with Sear Auto and would not recommend any one to use them unless it’s a emergency only. On top of all that, I had to bring back my car because the problem they were supposed to fix is still on going.

I received a call that my 4 tires I ordered had come in. I arrived around 4:30 and was told the car would be done around 6 (yeah, right). The guy that I saw when I got there (Jesse) told me he would call me when the car was done - I was only in the Mall 5 seconds away! I never got a call about the car so I went there only to find out that Jesse left for the day! My car was sitting in the same parking spot (an hour later) that I parked it in at 4:30! Long story short, I did not get out of there until 7:45 and the place closes at 8! I was livid! This was all very disrespectful! Nothing was handled correctly! They never even told me they had a place to sit! I found that on my own & proceeded to watch the slowest guy in the world do my tires. If he was ever in the pit at a NASCAR race, his team would CERTAINLY lose! They never even gave me a written warranty on the tires!

Bottom line - stay away unless you don't mind being pissed off by incompetent people!
