First Class company. Customer service team is phenomenal. Thank you Tasha for taking my calls all throughout the night. Once the left my home with my stuff and I was able to meet the team all my nerves were calmed. Professional from beginning to end.

Very happy with our choice of Value Van Lines. They killed us with honestly and told us more about possible charges then any other company. We paid a good fair price and got fantastic service. Already recommended them to someone else and they were also happy!

My husband got a new job in Texas and we were very excited. They told us to find a moving company and they would reimburse us but we had a budget of 5,000. I told Value van lines exactly what our budget was and what we needed done and they accommodates us plus some. I am writing this review because I have had some bad moving experiences in the past and if I can help someone in their decision it is my responsibility to do so. I was very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. After a long process we selected Value Van Lines because of the honesty with how they told me the process would be. The initial rep my husband and I were speaking with broke things down and took his time with us unlike the other companies who just seemed they wanted my business and did not care about what we needed or wanted. We were delivered yesterday and I can honestly say if I have to move again, I found my company.

About a month ago I was told I was relocating for work. I was at my house in Boston for the last 6 years and had no idea how much stuff I actually had. I was recommended to Value Van Lines from a friend and man did they deliver what was promised. They were 2 days earlier than expected. Thank you so much Value!

I scheduled my move with Value Van Lines a few months ago, I was nervous about the whole process. I've had a terrible experience with a moving company a few years ago and I was not trying to relive that. Value Van Lines gave me a two day pick up window and arrived on the first day which is the day I NEEDED them to come. They packed up all my belongings, loaded them into the truck, and delivered them within a few days. The customer service was very professional, they answered any time we called and they put up with my endless questions. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family moving in the future.
