DO NOT USES THESE GUYS!!! Shipped my stuff Monday, promised to get it to me Friday. Come Friday, stuff is not here yet, and they promised to call me back the next week. I kept calling them every day until the following Friday, with promises made every single day, with no one calling me back. It's Friday a week after it's supposed to be here, and it's still not here! They say my stuff is lost. If you don't want this type of headache, DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS!!!

Overall a really simple and easy process shipping with them. Booked everything online, verified information with a phone call from my rep and instantly received paperwork. I got tracking updates into my email telling me where my shipment was, and everything arrived on time. I would definitely recommend using them.

don't work here. 1 of 30 agents are retained. you work for r a guaranteed draw of $60 a day for r the first month. If yo u don't make your quota they don't tell yo u you won't get paid until the end of the second month. So, you essentially work for free and "pad" the companies customer base and quote business prospects that they will redistribute to the senior agents. It's a "shady" operation. Beware if you get talked into going in for an interview. I became suspect after the director did not meet with me as scheduled. he admitted I would not get paid a "draw check" and blew me off several times in the preceeding week. he knowingly allowed me to work for free and knew I would most likely and probably not get a check for rmy time and effort.

Don't use this company if you care about time to ship and price.Used them twice and twice, never again. The first shipment was over quoted due to the agent failing to correctly quote the items. After lots of haggling, I found someone able to quote the item correctly. R&L Carriers with a local pickup was the carrier. This resulted in delays due to the truck being too large to fit on the street. On delivery the truck broke down, the load was transferred to another which was stopped by the police. Net result pickup delayed by two days, delivery delayed by two days.So, ok, bad things happen sometimes. The second shipment. Someone at FreightCenter failed to transfer the request to R&L for pickup on Monday. No one noticed. Called, waited 20 minutes for an agent. Was assured a truck would arrive on Wednesday. No truck. Was told available truck was too large. Pickup on Thursday. Called on Thursday, no truck scheduled. Maybe Friday. Bad News. Company due to fold. Inept service

Honeslty the best freight fowarding company in new jersey i would say is Aircargo Global. All the girls that work there are very helpful and make it a breeze to ship anything anywhere over air or sea. I would recommend them over any other company out there.

I thought it was going to cost a fortune to ship my item, but even with special services, I was surprised to find how reasonable the prices were! Nice to get several quotes for free, so I knew what I was getting into before I spent a dime. Will certainly use them again for personal use; I've even suggested that my boss try them instead of the "brown" guys. It opens more online shopping opportunities because I know I can ship it tool, and still save!

They are on duty and ready to help seven days a week. My shipment arrived in great condition and I paid less than 1/2 what the major carriers I called wanted to charge me.
