After graduating culinary school in 2016 and becoming a personal chef, he then decided to make the vision a reality! Along with his wife, Hollie DiGiorgio, Anthony started DiGiorgio's Pizzeria in 2021. They chose the best ingredients...the olive oil , the bricks in the pizza oven (Biscotto di Sorrento Stone Brinks) and the tomatoes are all from Italy -"Even the pizza flour is from Italy!" Don't forget the vino!
