If I could put negative stars I would. after a 3 hour drive work with James Stuart get there and start working with him. I had a deal with Chase bank for 72 months at 4% and had an appointment to get it done. Of Course James said we can match them for your truck. He pushed it out so I missed my appointment at Chase and guess what I didn't get 72 months at 4% from Palm Bay Ford I got 84 months at 7% and what I was told is well now you have the truck you can call Chase Monday and get your deal you had. That was just the start. The truck was listed for weeks on THEIR web page for $44,937 the only reason I went to get the truck. What do you think he sold it to me for $46,937 and as I was driving home and released what happen I called James to let him know and I was told "NO" the internet price was $46,937 so I sent him a picture of the dealerships web page of that truck listed as $44,937. I got a call from James that is in error the price you got at $46,937 was what that price was.

I bought 2012 ford focus from them 6 months ago.Now 2 days ago someone almost changed lanes into my car my had to slam on my brakes and swerve over , after that my car just shut down on me it wouldn't turn on until after 8 tries then it vibrated and shuck so much it couldn't go over 10 mph. I eventually made it to Greenway ford at that point their service professionals and my insurance company went over the damages and what caused it ect. They informed me after looking at all the history on this car there has been many replacements and changes done to this car before I owned it. After further research there is a recall on this specific 2012 Ford Focus for the transmission failing at any given time which causes a higher accident and crash rate and bodily injury to the driver. I COULD NOT BELIVE this delariship DOES NOT care to enclose this information to a customer before buying this vehicle. They did nothing for me except LIE and DECIVE ME. These people only care about making money

We both bought, and had a vehicle worked on. We were lied to numerous times! I tried to leave negative feedback, but they seem to like removing it and blocking the computer. Now I have the truck at a real dealership being fixed! I don't recommend you buy or have work done!

Salesperson, matt turnmeyer, was awesome. Great experience from start to finnish. Only place to buy a car. Really nice people.

My condescending salesjerk was Mitch. He didn't listen to a word I said. He tried to sell me more truck than I asked for and said "this is the perfect truck for you." It was a 5 speed manual. Perfect for me is an auto. He also was $2000 over kbb value for retail dealership value and it had 100,000 miles on it. My trade in was 2 years newer, 50,000 miles, and his manager appraised it $3500! 1 owner car in showroom condition with a $6000 private party value, and they expect to make $5000 profit on me coming and going. Do yourself a favor, stay away from these guys. They can careless what you want to buy, they only sell what they can gouge you for. He asked stupid questions like how long do I plan to keep the truck. Who cares? I don't like pressure, games, and rip off schemes, and this dealer has all of those traits in spades.
