We've been using Zappitelli Financial for years for tax, notary, business set up, and 401K services for years. Bob and John are very knowledgeable and down to earth. They keep it simple for those of us who do not know a lot about the finance world. Prices are always reasonable and unlike all other financial businesses around here, the provide an abundance of coupons and discounts, refer a friends, etc. With these perks, we walked away paying $88 for our tax return last year when it was originally $124 (still very affordable). Price aside, this family owned and operated visit is open 7 days a week and a great asset to the community. Highly recommended.

If you live in Lake County please do not user Zappitelli's to do your taxes. They did a sloppy job and then abused my mom and threw her out of their office when she tried to object to the work they'd done. Then they abused my brother-in-law over the phone. AVOID. We had to correct and re-file ourselves almost $1000 mistake they would not admit to.

Not only did Bob and John Zappitelli patiently answer all my questins, they E-Filed my return on time and now I'm getting a refund for the first time in 4 years!!!! I'm going to have them amend the last two years because they found mistsakes right away with the way my returns were prepared. I will be going to Zappitelli Financial from now on - no matter what!
